Artist's Statement
Central and fundamental to my work is color. As an artist, in the study of art, I am interested in the combination of different contrasting forms, conventional concepts, materials and patterns.
The main techniques and genres of my work: photography, painting, sculpture.
In most of my work, I like to think of details that the viewer might consider up close, looking at the picture differently than they saw in the first seconds.
I like to create works that allow the viewer to look at the chosen subject from different points of view, that give reason for reflection.
The ideas in my art are derived from my imagination which is often rooted in the problems of everyday life. I often address environmental issues in my projects, conveying them through a kind of strangeness and beauty. The subject matter of the works ranges from well thought out works to momentary expressions.
In this way, my art includes different projects, different media in which I work, connected by color and themes of interest to me as a person and an artist, conveyed through my established style.
