To put it simply, I create a world in which everything is turned upside down.

A world in which other animals live off and feed on human children.

I create works depicting the interiors of restaurants, kitchens and other places connected in some way with food, and also objects.

Eating the meat of young animals (lamb, veal, suckling pig) is a widely accepted tradition, based on the desire to obtain a more tender texture.

In this project, I am interested in—and wish to highlight—the deceptive first impression: in most cases, due to the colour palette, the work appears cheerful, carefree and naïve; but when the viewer looks more closely at the scene depicted, everything turns out to be not as innocent as it seems.

Through my works, I pose a question to the viewer: why do humans, as a species, consider their own children to be more special than the young of other animals? Why are only human children considered sacrosanct?

In this project, I depict children because, for all creatures, children embody something utterly innocent and naive that needs to be protected and cared for. By using the image of a child, I believe the project becomes more expressive and striking.

Furthermore, an important part of the project for me is creating unique costumes, as this is something that has always fascinated me.

In most of my works, I do not reveal the plots directly; I want the viewer to reflect on them and, perhaps, come up with their own interpretations. For me, the most important thing is to be able to make the viewer think about different things when they look at my works.
